NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING
Required  full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the Booking. This booking is and non-refundable and non-changeable
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF CONFIRMED BOOKING HOTELIER WILL CHARGE THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS     
 
NO SHOW
In case of  No show  100% charge of the total cost of accommodation.
 
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of an early departure 50% charge of the total cost of the remaining stay.
 
CANCELLATION FEES
April – May – October    3 days or less prior to arrival date 50% charge of the total cost  
June-July- August - September           7 days or less prior to arrival date 50% charge of the total cost

Check out Until 12:00 hours
Air Condition
July-August-September : Included free of charge 
April - June -October  : With extra charge payable locally 5 € /per day
